PLASMA CUTTING

What is Plasma Cutting?
Plasma Cutting is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, although other conductive metals may be cut as well.
Due to the high speed and precision cuts combined with low cost, plasma cutting sees widespread use from large-scale industrial applications down to small hobbyist projects.

Our Metals:
At CEI Tech, we go through our vendors to find you the right balance between cost and quality. All of our steels and aluminum plate comes directly from local metals manufacturers. Material composition data sheets can be provided if needed.
We scrap out our remnants and nest parts with several other jobs to get you the lowest cost and best material utilization.
You can also provide your own material if you would like.
Benefits with our Plasma Cutting:
Fast Cutting and Piercing Speeds
Maintain Repeatable Tolerances
Diminished Dross
Minimized Plate Warping
Utilizes Hypotherm Plasma Technology
Fast Delivery, 1-10 Days Typical
Accepted Dimensions:
Our accepted standard envelope for plasma cutting parts is 2′ x 2′ x 0.25″.
